- Do I need to be present when you come to bid my home?
No, you do not need to be present when we come to bid your home. We can get an accurate idea of the job by walking around the outside perimeter of the home. We will then write up the bid and place it in your front door.
- Do I need to be present while the work is being done?
No, as long as we have access to the windows you do not need to be present while the work is being done.
- Do I need to move anything before you wash the windows?
No, we can do the moving for you, but there may be items that the you prefers to move themselves.
- What kind of mess does window cleaning leave?
Our goal is to leave no mess of any kind. We leave the room with nothing left behind but a clean window.
- Do you charge by the window?
No, we do not charge by the window. With the many different styles of window available today, we feel we can give the customer a better price by charging according to their individual needs.
- Do I need to provide payment upon completion?
No, you have ten days to make payment. We also accept Visa and Mastercard for your convenience.
- Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for your safety.
- Is any job too small?
No job is too small, but we do have a minimum service fee.
- Do you do high-rise windows?
No, we do not do high-rise windows, but we are able to go as high as 25 to 30 feet.
- Do you do both commercial and residential windows?
Yes, we do both commercial and residential windows.
- Do you wash windows outside of Lincoln?
Yes, we are happy to travel to Lincoln’s surrounding communities to wash windows. If it is a bid you require, a phone call is the preferred way to handle it.
- Would you be able to do a few other things for me while you’re at my home washing the windows?
Yes, we offer other services such as cleaning gutters, chandeliers, ceiling fans, and mirrors. We can also change batteries in hard to reach smoke detectors, change light bulbs in hard to reach fixtures, and get the cobwebs down for you, too.
